Tour & Tasting Voucher
Treat yourselves or some lucky friends to The Wiston Tour and Tasting. Set within Wiston Estate’s 6000 acres on the South Downs, the vineyards benefit from ideal conditions for grape growing. Guests will be taken through the story of the estate and learn about the vineyards which surround the winery and restaurant. Then you will walk through the winery taking in the traditional Champagne coquard press, tank and barrel halls and finish with a tutored tasting of a selection of our award-winning Wiston wines in the new tasting room. Afterwards guests are welcome to wander through the vineyards, enjoy the courtyard and restaurant at Chalk, or take advantage of the proximity to the South Downs and head out for a walk around the estate.
Dine at Chalk
Treat someone to a meal at Chalk at Wiston Estate. Chalk draws together the highlights of fresh local produce, including ingredients from the Estate and its neighbours. We aim to create dishes that express the nature, heritage, and purpose of the land we share. Our dinners are a set Estate Menu – a set five course dinner showcasing produce grown, farmed and foraged on Wiston Estate and the Sussex Coast
